NetSuite Integrator for Google Contacts: Dashboard Page Overview
Our dashboard page contains:
- Two buttons: 1) Sync All. 2) Create a new Sales Representative.
- Sales Rep table.
Sync All
To sync all your NetSuite contacts with existing sales reps' Google Contacts, please click on this button. Note: As soon as you hit this button our integrator will sync all your NetSuite contacts immediately to their Google contacts.
Create a new Sales Representative
To add a new sales into the integrator to allow it to sync either all OR assigned NetSuite contacts to their Google Contacts, please click on this button. Post click, you will see the below options:
Email
Here, enter a sales rep's email address.
NetSuite ID
Here, enter a sales rep's NetSuite Internal ID.
Note: To know how to get a sales rep's internal ID, please open your NetSuite account and from the top navigation pane, go to the Lists > Employees, further click on the Employees button. Now, from the VIEW, select the appropriate filter to view all your sales reps.
Sync All Contact
If you want to sync all your NetSuite contacts to this new sales rep's Google Contacts, select this checkbox, else leave so, that our integrator can only sync the pre-assigned NetSuite contacts.
Save
Hit the save button to save this new sales rep inside the integrator.
Sales Rep table
Here you can view all the sales reps you have added into the integrator to sync your NetSuite contacts to their Google Contacts.
Active Status
If this toggle is on, then you are allowing the integrator to sync contacts between NetSuite and Google.
Verified
If this sales rep is verified by you, then here you will see "True", else "False".
NetSuite ID (NSID)
Here you will see the NetSuite internal ID of this sales rep. To verify this internal ID, just search this email address inside your NetSuite account's global search, further open the Employee record, and look for the internal ID record.
Sync All Contact
If you are syncing all your NetSuite contacts with a sales rep, then here you will see "True", else "False".
Total Contact Synced
Here you will the number of NetSuite contacts that this sales rep can access from (his / her) Google Contacts.
Email Sent Date
----
Action
From, here you can either delete a sales rep OR edit (his / her) integrator permissions.
