Our configuration page contains 2 sections:
- NetSuite Settings
- App Settings
NetSuite Settings
The section holds mandatory credentials such as
Account ID,
Consumer Key,
Consumer Secret,
Token ID, and
Token Secret that our app needs to connect with your NetSuite account. Click
here to learn how to
get them from your NetSuite account.
Once, you have them, simply add them to this section and hit the Authenticate & Save button. If every credential is correct, you will see a success message further, this button will change to Authenticated.
App Settings
This section contains all the settings OR standard workflows that are related to your NetSuite account & WooCommerce store.
Sync Inventory to WooCommerce
Turn on this toggle, if you want to sync your NetSuite inventory levels i.e. Individual item’s "Quantity Available" number to your Shopify store. Note: To ensure, correct inventory sync, please make sure to select inventory locations between your NetSuite account and the Shopify store.
Sync Tracking From NetSuite
Turn on this toggle, if you want to sync an item's shipment tracking number from your NetSuite carriers to your WooCommerce store.
Sync Order From WooCommerce
Turn on this toggle, if you want to sync all your WooCommerce web orders along with their associated information such as (shipping address, customer information, etc.) to your NetSuite account.
Send UnMapped SKUs Email Notification
Select Yes if you want to receive emails from us, containing a list of items that are not mapped between your WooCommerce store and NetSuite account. To map them, you can always use our "Items Mapping" page.
Error Notification Email
Here you should add the email on which you want to be notified about any (change or an error) related information. You can also add multiple email addresses separated by a comma “,”.
Here, enter the NetSuite customer form internal ID that you want to use to hold your WooCommerce customer’s records. You can check all your NetSuite customer forms inside NetSuite through Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
Here, enter the NetSuite transaction form internal ID that you want to use to hold your WooCommerce order’s records. You can check all your NetSuite customer forms inside NetSuite through Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
Transaction Type
From, this drop-down menu, select a default type of order that you want our app to use to add your WooComerce orders into your NetSuite account.
NetSuite Item Mapping Field
From, this drop-down menu, select that standard field that holds your WooCommerce SKUs inside your NetSuite account. You can check that by simply copying and pasting any WooCommerce SKU inside NetSuite's Global search. Post click, simply, check which standard field, holds this Shopify SKU. It could be Item Name / Number, UPC Code, etc.
Inventory Locations
From, this drop-down menu, select those WooCommerce locations on which you want our connector to update NetSuite's corresponding inventories.
NetSuite Order Status
If you want to review every WooCommerce order before sending it to fulfillment, select Pending Approval, else Pending Fulfillment.
Duplicate criteria for new customer is email id:
By default, our connector will use an email address to differentiate NetSuite customers. If the email address is the same then it will create records inside the same customer, else create a new one.
If you want our connector to update all the (customer / transaction) records inside a default NetSuite customer, then check the "or As a single customer" box, further, enter this default NetSuite customer's internal ID.
Note: Make sure to hit the "Save" button, after modifying anything in this Shopify Setting section.
