NetSuite WooCommerce Connector: Fields Mapping Page Overview



If you want to (map OR edit) additional fields between your WooCommerce store and NetSuite account, then this is the place where you should be, as our Fields Mapping page can help you (map OR edit) both standard and custom fields for a transaction (Order) OR an entity (Customer / User).

Transaction Custom Fields Mapping:




Add Custom Field:

If you want to configure a new custom field between your NetSuite account and WooCommerce store, click on the Add Custom Field button. Post click, you will be seeing this below-displayed pop-up menu.


Marketplace Field OR WooCommerce Custom Field:

From, this drop-down menu, select a WooCommerce transaction Marketplace field that you are interested in mapping with a NetSuite Custom field. For example, let's say that you want to map your WooCommerce order's sources, so from this drop-down menu, select "order_source", and in the Custom field box, enter its respective NetSuite Custom field value. Note: This NetSuite custom field must start with "cust_body___".

Custom Field OR NetSuite Custom Field:

In this field, you must enter a NetSuite Custom field that belongs OR you want to map with a transaction WooCommerce Marketplace field. Note: This custom field must start with "cust_body___".

Prefix:

In this box, enter a prefix value, that you want to see in the result of a custom field mapping. For example, let's say that "online" is the source of your WooCommerce orders and in WooCommerce, you are storing it at this "order_source" Marketplace field value, further, have mapped it with this "cust_body_source_identifier" NetSuite Custom field, so to result, this mapping into "onlineOrder" you must enter this "online" in the empty prefix box, further hit the Submit button.

Suffix:

In this box, enter a suffix value, that you want to see in the result of a custom field mapping. For example, let's say that "PayPal" is the payment source of your WooCommerce orders and in WooCommerce, you are storing it at this "order_paymentGateway" Marketplace field value, further have mapped it with this "cust_body_payment_source" NetSuite Custom field, so to result, this mapping into "Payment_MethodPayPal" you must enter this "PayPal" in the empty suffix box, further hit the Submit button.

Add Custom Fields Static:

Click on this button if you want to map a NetSuite Custom field with a static transaction WooCommerce Marketplace field. Note: This mapping doesn't support Prefix OR Suffix functionality.

Transaction Standard Fields Mapping:


Add Standard Field:

If you want to configure a new standard transaction field between your NetSuite account and WooCommerce store, click on the Add Standard Field button. Post click, you will be seeing this below-displayed pop-up menu.


Standard Field:

From, this drop-down menu, select a transaction WooCommerce standard field that you are interested in mapping with a NetSuite Internal ID. For example, let's say that you want to map your WooCommerce orders with NetSuite purchase orders, so from this standard field drop-down menu, select "po", and leave the marketplace field blank.

Marketplace Field:

In this field, you must enter a NetSuite internal ID corresponding to a transaction standard WooCommerce Marketplace field value. Note: This field will only hold numeric values.

Note: Please make sure to hit the Submit button after (adding / updating) any changes.

Entity Custom Fields Mapping:



Add Custom Field:

If you want to configure a new entity field between your NetSuite account and WooCommerce store, click on the Add Custom Field button. Post click, you will be seeing this below-displayed pop-up menu.



Marketplace Field OR WooCommerce Custom Field:

From, this drop-down menu, select an entity WooCommerce Marketplace field that you are interested in mapping with a NetSuite Custom field. For example, let's say that you want to map a WooCommerce customer's first name, so from this drop-down menu, select "Customer fName", and in the Custom field box, enter its respective NetSuite Custom field value. Note: This NetSuite custom field must start with "cust_body___". 

Custom Field OR NetSuite Custom Field:

In this field, you must enter a NetSuite Custom field that belongs OR you want to map with an entity WooCommerce Marketplace field. Note: This custom field must start with "cust_body___".

If you want to configure a new standard entity field between your NetSuite account and WooCommerce store, click on the Add Standard Field button. Post click, you will be seeing this below-displayed pop-up menu.

From, this drop-down menu, select an entity WooCommerce standard field that you are interested in mapping with a NetSuite Internal ID. For example, let's say that you want to map your Sales rep with their respective NetSuite internal IDs, so from this standard field drop-down menu, select "salesRep", and in the marketplace field box, enter its respective NetSuite Internal ID, further hit the Submit button. 

Marketplace Field:

In this field, you must enter a NetSuite internal ID corresponding to an entity standard WooCommerce Marketplace field value. Note: This field will only hold numeric values.

Note: Please make sure to hit the Submit button after (adding / updating) any changes.
