NetSuite WooCommerce Connector: Items Mapping Page Overview



Our products linking page contains:
  1. One drop-down menu: 1) Filter.
  2. Two search fields: 1) WooCommerce SKU. 2) NetSuite SKU.
  3. Sync Items Manually Button, Submit Button, and an Archive Button.

Filter:

From, here you can filter the items that are either: Linked Items, UnLinked Items, OR Archived Items.
  1. Linked Items: Are the items that have their SKUs mapped between your WooCommerce store and NetSuite account.
  2. UnLinked Items: Are the items that have their SKUs not mapped between your WooCommerce store and NetSuite account.
  3. Archived Items: Are the items that are Archived on our app. To know about what an Archive item is, please click here.
  4. All: Will show you all the items that you have on your WooCommerce store.

Search fields:

WooCommerce:

If you want to search a WooCommerce SKU, just enter it in this "WooCommerce SKU" field and hit the Search button.

NetSuite:

If you want to search a NetSuite SKU, just enter it in this "NetSuite SKU" field and hit the Search button.

Sync Items Manually button:

Every 6 hours, our app automatically synchronizes new items from your WooCommerce store, however, if you want to import new items before that, simply click on the Sync Items Manually button, and refresh the page after some time ~ (5 - 10) minutes.

Submit button:

By default, our app will automatically map SKUs between your WooCommerce store and NetSuite SKU, if they are the same. In case, they are different, then you will have to map them manually by entering their NetSuite SKUs in the NetSuite SKUs empty field, further, click on the  Submit button.

Note: Automatic mapping will be done based on this "NetSuite Item Mapping Field" setting and you can configure it from the Configuration page.

Archive button:

If you have items that you don't plan on listing, then you can click on this button, and it will be hidden from the fulfillment. If you want archived items to show up again, simply click on the Active button while filtering your SKUs as Archived items.
