Use Cases:
Case 1:
If an order contains 4 items, out of which all 4 represent Amazon FBA SKUs and are mapped inside the application, and further you have selected "Enabled" in the "Enable Non Amazon 3PL" option, then the entire order will be accepted by Amazon for its fulfillment.
Case 2:
If an order contains 4 items, out of which 2 represent Amazon FBA SKUs, while the other 2 represent non-Amazon FBA SKUs and are mapped inside the application, and further if you have selected "Enabled" in this "Enable Non Amazon 3PL" option and "Split Shipping Disallowed" in this "Block Split Shipping" option, then the entire order will be rejected by Amazon. Why? Because the application is configured to block split shipping of an order.
Case 3:
If an order contains 4 items, out of which all of the SKUs represent non-Amazon FBA SKUs and are not mapped inside the application, and further you have selected "Enabled" in the "Enable Non-Amazon 3PL" option, then the entire order will be accepted by your Non-Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
Note: Here, even if you select "Split Shipping Disallowed OR Split Shipping Allowed" in this "Split Shipping" option, the order will still be accepted.
Case 4:
If an order has 4 items—2 Amazon FBA SKUs and 2 non-Amazon FBA SKUs—and the following settings are applied:
- Set Shopify's non-Amazon FBA item inventory to zero—yes.
- Enable Non-Amazon 3PL - Enabled
- Split Shipping Settings - Allowed
Then the entire order is accepted.
- Amazon FBA SKUs are fulfilled by Amazon FBA.
- Non-Amazon FBA SKUs are fulfilled by a non-Amazon 3PL.
Archiving a non-Amazon FBA SKU does not change this outcome.
Case 5:
If an order contains 4 items, all of which are archived inside the app, and you have selected "Enabled" in this "Enable Non-Amazon 3PL" option, then the entire order will be accepted by your Non-Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
Note: Here, even if you select "Split Shipping Disallowed OR Split Shipping Allowed" in this "Split Shipping" option, the order will still be accepted.

In our app, the Non-Amazon order routing feature works with one/some/all of the following conditions.
1. If you have Shopify orders from countries or you are selling products to countries/marketplaces that are non-Amazon FBAs. So, Shopify orders from all countries except FBA marketplaces/countries (added in our app) --can be routed to 3PL automatically.
2. If a Shopify SKU/item is non-Amazon item (not created by an Amazon seller), it is archived in our app.
3. Shopify SKU/non-Amazon items are not mapped in our app with their respective FBA SKU.
4. You have a Shopify order, but while syncing that to Amazon, there is an error—that item/FBA SKU is not available/out of stock at the Amazon seller/no FBA stock, so here we can route/transfer that automatically to 3PL for further fulfillment.

Note: It will take approximately 4-5 working days to configure & make this feature live by our backend team.
