How to export Shopify Orders as Blank Box Order to Amazon FBA?
If you are planning to export Shopify orders that are not being shipped to Amazon FBA in non-Amazon-branded packaging (blank boxes), then this is the functionality you should opt for. There are different options for exporting Shopify Orders as Blank Box Orders to Amazon FBA/MCF.
Note: This configuration is available on the configuration page in Marketplace Settings > Additional Settings.
Case 1: Default (As per Amazon Settings):
In this case, the application will export orders in real time in accordance with the basic functionality of the Amazon branding box.
Case 2: Preferred Blank Box for All Orders:
In this case, if the Blank Box inventory is available on Amazon, the order will be sent in the Blank Box (without Amazon Branding), and if not, it will be sent to Amazon FBA with Amazon Branding. Preference will be given to the inventory available for any of the options.
Case 3: Must Use Blank Box for All Orders:
In this case, the orders should be processed using the Blank box functionality, and the inventory for the Blank box will be updated to Shopify in accordance with the Amazon Blank Box inventory.
Case 4: Must Use Blank Box for Non-Shopify / Imported by Other Channel Orders
In this case, orders from other integrations, such as Walmart, Etsy or TikTok Shop, will be sent with a blank box (without Amazon Branding).
