Order Error Handling via TikTok Robust NetSuite Integrator


With our Robust NetSuite Integrator, we have a mechanism that incorporate proper error handling mechanisms to ensure the smooth operation of the integration and handle any exceptions when the order is imported from TikTok to the Oracle NetSuite via our Robust NetSuite Integrator.

Below are some of the orders which can be handled and can be resubmitted from the Order log page once rectified :

Error due to missing parts/ fields of the order 

When errors occur, we handle them gracefully by providing meaningful error messages to users and taking appropriate actions. Take an example for some of the order with errors and step-by-step rectifications

Orders with mandatory fields and information are not complete. taking examples as below :

Failure Reason: TikTok  SKU is empty in this order, Please check the item details.







This error occurs when the TikTok SKU is empty, which can be rectified by putting the relevant SKU on the TikTok product, letting it map in the Products Linking Page, and Click on Resubmit Order to NetSuite once changes are done.

Errors due to Invalid Credentials while Logging to the application 

We have a robust system and mechanism in places where we have implemented a comprehensive logging mechanism to record all relevant information about the errors encountered during the integration.
The backend system has Log entries which includes details such as error messages, timestamps, and the specific actions or processes where the errors occurred.

This helps in troubleshooting and debugging the integration issues while the error mails are sent to the Store admins.
