If you are looking forward to create payment authorize for the Shopify Orders which will synced to the NetSuite , please follow the below mentioned steps :

Under the NetSuite Transactions section, click on the "Add a Payment Authorize into NetSuite:" button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

In case if you have to authorize the payment After fulfillment , need to make sure that the payment capture method in Shopify is added as Manual capture payment for Orders , below is the screenshot to make your understand virtually 

To add the Manual Payment capture please follow the path Shopify Settings >> Payments >> Manual payment methods>> Add Manual Payment .  Below is the screenshot to make your understand virtually

So the payment was authorized and captured successfully as shown in the above screenshots .
