Robust NetSuite Integrator app: Order Log Page Overview


In our application, we have a tab on the Order Log page that will show all the orders sent through Shopify/Non-Shopify Channels.



Our order log page contains:
  1. One drop-down menu: Order Status.
  2. Two search fields: NS ID, and Order ID.
  3. View Order on NetSuite, and an Import Order button.

Order Status:

From, here you can filter your orders that are either: Pending, Accepted By NetSuite, Rejected By NetSuite, Error, Archived, Canceled, Partially Refunded, Refunded, and Closed.

For example: If you want to search all the Accepted By NetSuite orders, simply select the "Accepted By NetSuite" option from this "Order Status" drop-down menu and click on the Search button.

NS ID:

If you want to see the Order Date, Order Status, and the necessary action required of a particular NetSuite order, simply enter its ID in this empty field, and hit the Search button.

Note: To view the reason for a failed order, simply click on its respective order status. For example: If the order status is "Rejected by NetSuite", then simply click on it to view the reason for its failure.

Order ID:

If you want to see the Order Date, Order Status, and the necessary action required of a particular Shopify order, simply enter its ID in this empty field, and hit the Search button.

View Order On NetSuite:

If you want to see an order's all details such as (shipping address, customer information, etc.) inside NetSuite, simply click on its respective View Order on NetSuite button.

Import Order Button:

Click on this button, if you want to import your past orders into the Robust NetSuite Integrator to push them to your NetSuite account for their fulfillment. You can import these past orders either using your preferred dates OR order IDs.

Note: To view the reason of a failed order, simply click on its respective order status. For example: If the order status is "Rejected by NetSuite", then simply click on it to view the reason of its failure.
