Robust NetSuite Integrator app: Products Linking Page Overview
Our products linking page contains:
- One drop-down menu: 1) Filter.
- Two search fields: 1) Shopify SKU. 2) NetSuite SKU.
- Sync Items Manually Button, Submit Button, Archive Button, and Export Item CSV button.
Drop-down menu:
Filter:
From, here you can filter the items that are either: Linked Items, UnLinked Items, OR Archived Items.
- Linked Items: Are the items that have their SKUs mapped between your Shopify store and NetSuite account.
- UnLinked Items: Are the items that have their SKUs not mapped between your Shopify store and NetSuite account.
- Archived Items: Are the items that are Archived on our app. To know about what an Archive item is, please click here.
- All: Will show you all the items that you have on your Shopify store.
Search fields:
Shopify:
If you want to search a Shopify SKU, just enter it in this "Shopify SKU" field and hit the Search button.
NetSuite:
If you want to search a NetSuite SKU, just enter it in this "NetSuite SKU" field and hit the Search button.
Sync Items Manually button:
Every 6 hours, our app automatically synchronizes new items from your Shopify store, however, if you want to import new items before that, simply
click on the Sync Items Manually button, and
refresh the page after some time ~ (5 - 10) minutes.
Submit button:
By default, our app will automatically map SKUs between your Shopify store and NetSuite SKU, if they are the same. In case, they are different, then you will have to map them manually by entering their NetSuite SKUs in the NetSuite SKUs empty field, further, click on the
Submit button.
Note:
Automatic mapping will be done based on this "
Sync Shopify SKUs to NetSuite as
" setting and you can configure it from the
Configuration page

Archive button:
To know, about this button please click
here.
Export CSV Item button:
If you want to export all your Shopify items, along with their NetSuite mapping, NetSuite SKU type, and app status, simply click on this button. You can also export filtered items, and to do that, simply choose the filter type, further hit the Search button. Post search results, just click on the Export CSV Item button.
