If you want to understand order statuses inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator, read this article and learn about all the order statuses in detail.
There are several statuses for orders, including pending orders, delayed orders, pending payments, rejected by NetSuite, accepted by NetSuite, cancelled, etc. These statuses are used to build displays that assist you in monitoring the status of your orders and identifying those that require maintenance.
Every order has a status corresponding to a specific step in the order-processing workflow. Order statuses let admin users and customers know how an order is progressing.
Below is the list of pre-built order statuses that can be used with orders.
Pending orders: Orders created on Shopify come in our RNI app with the status of pending orders.
Delayed orders: You can hold orders according to your preference and timespan from the drop-down menu. (Refer to the screenshot below)
Pending Payment: When the order is created and the payment is pending.
Partially fulfilled: If there is an order consisting of two varieties of products and one variant is fulfilled, the other one is yet to get fulfilled. (It can either be multiple products, multiple variants, or multiple quantities in an order.)

Partially Refunded: If a user orders five products or (more than one product) and later removes one/two products (as per his/her requirement ) the partial refund will be sent back to the user.
Refunded: Orders that are returned without being picked up, but the buyer gets their money back.
Closed: Fulfilled orders
Pending fulfillment: If the customer selects the option to see only ‘Fulfilled Orders,’ then the rest of the orders that are not fulfilled will be shown as having a ‘Pending Fulfillment’ order status.
Ready to create: When order sync is off, you forcefully re-submit the order on Shopify.
Duplicate: When the order is created twice on the NetSuite.
Shopify under maintenance: When the Shopify application is down or under maintenance.
NetSuite under maintenance: When the RNI app does not respond or doesn’t accept orders.
