How to auto convert your sales orders into an invoice or a cash sale using the Robust NetSuite Integrator?
If you are interested in auto converting your sales orders into an invoice or a cash sale, then this is the setting you should configure inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator.
Step 1
Open your Shopify store > Go to the Apps section > Click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator icon > Navigate to the Configuration page. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2
Click on the Expand button, corresponding to the App Settings section, further scroll-down to the Auto create Invoice or CashSale setting to select your desired option. Once done, please enter its corresponding forms' internal ID.
In our case, we are interested in auto converting our sales orders into a CashSale form that has an internal ID of 12. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

Once, you have configured the above settings, click on the Save button to save the changes from the bottom of this section. Now, whenever our integrator will sync your Shopify orders inside your NetSuite account as a sales order, our integrator will also convert them into a CashSale or an Invoice.
