How to sync Shopify orders with a status of pending approval inside NetSuite?

If you are looking for a workflow that can allow you to manually approve every single Shopify order inside NetSuite before its fulfillment, then follow these below-mentioned steps.

Steps:

Go to the Apps section of your Shopify store, and click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator

Open the Configuration Page > App Settings

Scroll down to the Filter Shopify web orders in NetSuite as setting, further select Pending approval

Hit the Save button at the bottom of the configuration page.

Now, every order that will be synced through the Robust NetSuite Integrator will have a status of Pending approval inside NetSuite.
