First of all, thanks for giving our integrator a try to sync all your desired dataflows between your Shopify store and NetSuite account. Below is an overview of what the onboarding our integrator looks like.
Step 1:
As soon as you install our integrator inside your Shopify store, further it opens by itself. You will see an overview of some of its features. Once you have reviewed, just click on the Next button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
After clicking the Next button, you will be asked to connect your integrator with your NetSuite account. Now, to help you get all the required credentials,
here is a step-by-step guide. Once, you have your credentials, enter them in the empty fields, further, click on the Authenticate & Save button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
If your entered credentials are correct, you will see that the button will turn to Authenticated. Now click on the Next button, to review some of the App Settings. You can either configure them right now OR at a later stage. But, would be good to configure some of them, further save the changes from the Save button. Once done, click on the Next button. You can
learn all about these settings from here. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 4:
Once, you have configured some of the App settings, you will be asked to review, further turn ON the toggles that you are interested in. For example: If you are interested in syncing your Shopify orders to your NetSuite account turn ON this "Auto Sync Shopify Orders and customers to NetSuite" toggle. Once, you have turned ON all your desired dataflows, click on the Next button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 5:
Now, you will be landing onto our Plans page. Here you can either enter one of your coupon codes to get the benefits OR choose a plan that suits your needs, although it is not mandatory to choose a plan at this stage. Once done, just click on the Next button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 6:
This is the last step of our onboarding. Here you can enter any of your contact numbers that we would like to use to share any downtime of our integrations OR maintenance hours. Also, the type of user you are i.e. Shopify Merchant, Agency, etc. Once configured, just click on the Save button, further click on the Go to Dashboard button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Congratulations, you have successfully completed the onboarding our Robust NetSuite Integrator.
