How to filter your multi-channel orders for your Amazon FBA marketplaces as per their payment status?
If you want to exclude your multi-channel orders from being fulfilled by your Amazon FBA marketplaces based on their payment status, this is the setting to configure. After opening the Configuration page, navigate to the app's settings and scroll down to the "Import order payment status" drop-down menu. Here is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
1. All Paid Orders
To ensure that only your paid status orders are synced to your Amazon FBA marketplaces, select the "All Paid Orders" option.
2. Online Store channel Paid Orders + Non-Online Store Channel Orders Authorized
To sync only paid orders from your online store and authorized orders from other channels, such as Facebook, select the "Online store Paid orders + Non-Online store channel Order Authorized" option in your Amazon FBA marketplace settings.
3. All Paid Orders by Tags
To ensure that only your paid status orders and pre-configured tag orders are synced to your Amazon FBA marketplaces, select the "All Paid Orders + By Tags" option.
4. Hold Online Authorized Order
Pending payment orders will be imported into Amazon with the Hold on Amazon status and will not be shipped until payment is received.
