How to stop syncing Shopify's high risk orders?

Shopify's algorithm classifies orders as high-risk, medium-risk, or low-risk, so if you don't want our Shopify Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app to send them to your Amazon FBA marketplaces for fulfillment, follow the steps below.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Apps section of your Shopify store and click on the Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment app
  2. Open the Configuration Page > App Settings
  3. To flag orders for risk, select High, Medium, or Low risk based on your preferences.
Now, whenever Shopify marks an order as a high-risk/medium-risk or low-risk order, then our app will not send them to your Amazon FBA marketplaces for their fulfillment.
