How to sync orders, inventory, and tracking between Shopify & Amazon FBA marketplaces?

Order Sync:

  1. Real-time: If you are interested in syncing your Shopify orders to your Amazon FBA marketplaces in real-time, then turn on the Order Sync Status toggle from the Dashboard page of the app
  2. Manual: If you want to sync your Shopify orders to your preferred Amazon FBA marketplaces, first turn off the order sync status toggle from the Dashboard or Marketplace settings. Next, go to the Order Log page and click the Resubmit button for the order you want to sync.

Inventory Sync:

  1. Go to Configuration Page > Marketplace Settings, and turn on the 'Auto Import Inventory from Amazon FBA to Shopify' toggle.

    1. Please make sure that the correct Shopify location is selected within both the products and the AMCF Shopify app for correct tracking sync of orders. 
    2. To make sure that your Shopify SKUs are mapped to their corresponding Amazon FBA SKUs, click here to learn more.
    3. Please ensure that the "Inventory Tracked" checkbox is checked for every product and its variants.

Tracking Sync:

  1. Go to the Dashboard Page / Marketplace settings and turn on the Tracking Sync Status toggle
    1. Please make sure that the correct Shopify location is selected within both the products and the AMCF Shopify app for correct tracking sync of orders.
    2. Please ensure that the mandatory settings are configured on your Shopify store. i.e. Order Processing and Product Locations.
