How to sync Shopify orders notes to Amazon as a packing slip comment?
Steps:
- Go to the Apps section of your Shopify store, and click on the app: Amazon MCF by WebBee.
- Open the Configuration Page > Marketplace Settings > Show Additional Settings (Including Inventory Sync settings )
If you want to forward a Shopify order note (the one that either got put by you OR your customer during the order creation) to your Amazon FBA warehouse, further print it on the Amazon packing slip comment. - Scroll down to the Default Packing Label Message drop-down menu, and select Yes, and hit the Save button, If you want to print one standard message on all your Amazon packing slip comments.
- Click on the "Add Label"
- Enter the default packing label message
- Hit the Submit button and save
