Fulfillment by Merchant Use Cases

Method 1: Based on the shipping zones

Use this method if you want to ship the items manually either of a specific country OR multiple countries.

Shopify Configuration:

  1. Create a Shopify shipping zone while adding those countries
  2. Click on the Add rate button. Note: You can add rates either based on the order weight OR order price, further allow it to be displayed during an order checkout for this particular shipping zones' customer
  3. Once, done save the changes

Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment Configuration:

  1. Go to the Configuration Page > App Settings, and scroll down to this Show Default Shopify shipping speeds relevant to order setting
  2. Click on the Configure button
  3. Select "Disable Export to Amazon" corresponding to the shipping rate you have created in the above-mentioned Shopify Configuration section
  4. Hit the Save button
Now, entire orders from these countries will not be pushed to Amazon FBA for their fulfillment, instead, you will receive an email from our side, mentioning that an order hasn't been exported to Amazon just to aware you to fulfill it manually.

Method 2: Based on the SKUs

Use this method if you want certain Shopify SKUs to be fulfilled manually from your choice of non-Amazon FBA warehouses.

Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment Configuration:

  1. Go to the Products Linking Page
  2. Enter your preferred Shopify SKU in the Shopify search box, further hit the Search button
  3. Click on the Archive button
  4. Go to the Configuration PageApp Settings, and scroll down to this Send Archived (Non-Amazon Fulfilled Items) Notifications to Admin setting
  5. Select Yes, and save the changes from the bottom of this section. Note: If it is already yes, then please ignore it.
Now, whenever such SKUs will be placed in an order, our app will just ignore them, instead, send you an email just to aware you about them, so that you can fulfill them manually from your choice of non-Amazon FBA warehouses.
