Order Log Page Overview

Order Log Page

Order Log fields:

  1. Order Status: This displays the order's current stage or progress i.e. pending, accepted or cancelled. By using this drop-down you can filter the results as per your order current stage.
  2. Order ID: This is a unique number assigned to each order for identification purposes.
  3. Marketplaces: This allows you to switch between marketplaces and view the corresponding order data.
  4. Archived SKU: This filter is used to find archived/ inactive orders that will no longer will processed through Amazon MCF or 3PL.
  5. From Date & To Date: Used to search for results within a specific date range.
  6. Import Orders: This feature allows you to manually import Shopify orders if any orders were not imported.
  7. Export Orders CSV: Use this feature to download all order data in an Excel (csv) format.
  8. Amazon Fee: Displays the Amazon charges for each order
  9. Estimated Delivery Date: Shows the estimated delivery time provided by Amazon.
  10. Additional Attributes: This column indicates whether an order has been converted into an Amazon Prime order or not.
  11. Action Button:
    1. View on Amazon: Redirect you to the order page on Amazon for the respective order id.
    2. View on Shopify: Redirect you to the order page on Shopify for the respective order id
    3. Re-submit to Amazon: Forcefully re-submit the order to Amazon's fulfillment service if an error prevents automatic submission.
    4. Re-submit to Non-Amazon: Forcefully re-submit the order to a non-Amazon fulfillment service if an error prevents automatic submission.
    5. Archive: Marks the order as inactive.
