SKU Mapping Page Overview

SKU Mapping Page

You can sync and map Shopify SKUs and Amazon SKUs in our app under "SKU Mapping". Here, you can import all Shopify active SKUs and map them with their respective Amazon FBA SKUs. If the FBA SKUs have the same name/value as their Shopify SKUs, then they will sync automatically. However, even if they are a bit different, that can also be manually mapped in our app.

SKUs Mapping page fields:

  1. Two drop-down menus: 1) Account. 2) Filter.
  2. Two search fields: 1) Shopify SKU. 2) Amazon SKU.
  3. Buttons:
    1. Product Listing
    2. Import Items CSV
    3. Export Items CSV
    4. Sync Items Manually
    5. Update
    6. Archive

Account:

You can choose from the available Active Amazon Marketplaces connected in WebBee app. Example: Amazon U.S., Amazon DE, Amazon U.K.

Filter:

You can filter the items that are either: Linked, Unlinked, Archived, Bundled or simply All Items.
  1. Linked Items: These are the items that have their SKUs mapped between your Shopify store and the Amazon FBA seller central.
  2. Unlinked Items: These are the items that have their SKUs not mapped between your Shopify store and the Amazon FBA seller central.
  3. Archived Items: These are the items that are inactive on our app.
  4. Bundled Items: This helps to identify and display bundled SKUs.
  5. All Items: Display all the items that you have on your Shopify store.

Search fields:

Shopify:

If you want to search for a Shopify SKU, enter it in the "Shopify SKU" field and hit the Search button.

Amazon:

If you want to search for an Amazon SKU, enter it in the "Amazon SKU" field and hit the Search button.

Buttons:

Product Listing:

The product listing in Amazon MCF by WebBee App works from the Amazon seller central to your Shopify admin store. This feature will help you to fetch new products from the Amazon seller central to our app and then you can list them on Shopify.

Export Items CSV button:

Click on this button if you want to download a CSV file containing either all of your Shopify SKUs OR the filtered ones.
Note: If the download doesn't start, please clear your browser's cache files or try this in a different browser.

Sync Items Manually button:

Every 6 hours, our app automatically synchronizes new items from your Shopify store, however, if you want to import new items before that, click on the 'Sync Items Manually' button, and refresh the page after some time (5 to 10 minutes).

Update button:

By default, our app will automatically map SKUs between your Shopify store and the Amazon FBA, if they are the same. If they are different, then it will leave the Amazon SKUs field empty. Further, you will have to map them manually after clicking on the Update button.

Once you click on the Update button, you will see these below-displayed options.

Amazon FBA SKU

In the SKU field, enter the missing Amazon SKU and hit the Submit button.

Archive button:

This button will mark the SKU as inactive in Webbee app. Whenever an archived SKU appear in an order, the app will ignore that SKU during processing for Amazon MCF.

Note: You can also Archive or Activate your Shopify SKUs in bulk using the "Select All" checkbox.
