What are hold orders?
Hold orders have the following advantages:
It makes space for new products by reserving inventory rather than shipping it out immediately.
Enhances inventory management and helps better organize and handle your stock levels.
Fewer customer complaints on order placed as you are accommodating their item add/edit request post-purchase.
Giving a new filter to Merchants to check and review orders with a delay if added.
Below are a few easy steps that can help you hold your order:
STEP 1. Open the Shopify app store and search for Amazon MCF by WebBee app, install this application, and log in.
STEP 2. Click the 'Configuration' option
STEP 3. Scroll down to see the ‘Hold orders for Post Purchase order edits’ option.
Click on the Time Period (in minutes) drop-down menu
Select a time frame i.e. (10 mins, 30 mins, or 2 hours, etc.) by which you want our app to sync such upsell orders to your Amazon FBA marketplaces. Now, whatever time you have selected in the above-mentioned setting will be used to delay such upsell orders from being synced to your Amazon FBA marketplaces.
STEP 4. Then scroll down to the ‘save’ button and click on it.
Moreover, to see the orders of different statuses, you can go to the option of ‘Order Log’.
For example, if you want to see the ‘Delayed Orders’ you can click on ‘Order Status’ and check them out.
