Detailed Explanation of each feature

related to:


Orders

Order sync process. Shopify creates an order, it comes into the integrator in real-time. Tally picks the order on demand, further puts it under processing. After processing it either accepts the order OR rejects it. Post error correction rejected orders can be resubmitted to Tally through the integrator.


Import all types of orders such as (Rejected By Tally, Ready to Send, Pending, Error, Cancelled, Refunded, Partially Refunded, and Closed) from Shopify to Tally.


Voucher type for both an order OR a return is supported.


Handling of canceled & refunded orders.

Customers

Shopify customer information gets synced to Tally as soon as Tally accepts the order.


Integrator supports both create and update functionality.


Handling of duplicate customer data.


Integrator supports the assignment of a default Tally customer to all the Shopify orders.

Invoices

Integrator supports single OR multiple mapping between a Shopify Discount tax and Tally Tax Ledger.

Transaction

Integrator creates invoices in Tally of Shopify orders.


The ledger includes (Shipping amount, discount amount, SGST amount, IGST amount, and CGST amount).  


Transaction details include (invoice amount, voucher type, sales channel, ledger, and invoice discount).

Inventory location

Our integrator exports inventory levels from Tally to Shopify as soon as Tally picks up our API.


Integrator supports mapping between Shopify locations & Tally locations.


Between Tally & Shopify, items get matched through SKUs. If SKUs are the same they will be mapped automatically else, mapping can be done via the Products Linking page.


Integrator supports single OR multiple fulfillment locations mapping. Post-mapping, the quantity of each item at each location gets synchronized between Tally and Shopify.

Order cancellations / refunds

Integrator exports canceled orders from Tally to Shopify.


Our integrator supports complete OR partial refunds.
