TikTok & Amazon Integration via Amazon MCF by WebBee app: Dashboard Page Overview
Our Dashboard, or Home page, contains the following options:
- Today's sync orders
- This Week's sync orders
- Last 30 days sync orders
- Total sync orders
- Total unsynced orders
- Order Sync Status
- Inventory Sync Status
- Tracking Sync Status
1. Today's sync orders
The total number of orders in a day that has been synchronized between your TikTok store and Amazon MCF account. To view these orders, just click on "Today's sync orders."
2. This Week's sync orders
The total number of orders in a week that have been synchronized between your TikTok store and Amazon MCF account. To view these orders, just click on "This week's sync orders."
3. Total sync orders
The total number of orders to date that have been synchronized between your TikTok store and Amazon MCF account. To view these orders just click on the "Total sync orders."
4. Total unsynced orders
The total number of orders to date that have not been synchronized between your TikTok store and Amazon MCF account. To view these orders just click on the "Total unsync orders."
5. Last 30 days sync orders
The total number of orders in a month that have been synchronized between your TikTok store and Amazon MCF account. To view these orders, just click on the "Last 30 days sync orders."
6. Order Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing orders from your TikTok store to your Amazon MCF account and further displaying to you the last time this synchronization had happened. Note: This is applicable to all your orders. This will be updated after 60 min as a default feature.
7. Inventory Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing your inventory levels from your Amazon MCF account to your TikTok store, further displaying to you the last time this synchronization happened. This is updated every 30-40 minutes.
Note: This does not include your product listings. If you want to sync with them, please reach out to us at help@webbeeglobal.com.
8. Tracking Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing the order-related shipping information from your Amazon MCF account to your TikTok store, further displaying to you the last time this synchronization had happened. This is updated 02-03 hours as soon as orders are shipped by Amazon FBA.
