The onboarding steps are below for TikTok & Amazon Integration via the AMCF TikTok by WebBee app. All necessary settings to set up the AMCF TikTok by WebBee app in your TikTok Shop are outlined below.
Make sure that your pickup and return warehouse is created in your TikTok Shop.
Step 2:
Now you need to set up the shipping template, which is mandatory for the AMCF TikTok by Webbee app to function properly. You must select the "Seller Shipping" template in your TikTok Shop. You can find these settings by going to Logistics and then clicking on Shipping.
Once you are done with the shipping template, now it's time to install the AMCF TikTok by Webbee app.
Step 3:
Go to the Apps & Partners and click on the App Store. Search for the "Amazon MCF by WebBee" app.
Click on the install button, and it will ask you to grant the Webbee app the necessary permission and a few contact details.
Note: The email ID will not be changed once filled during onboarding.
Step 4:
After the installation is done, the app will open automatically and redirect you to the sign-up page for account creation and app onboarding.
Step 5:
After successfully creating an account, you will see the first step in onboarding, which is to connect your Amazon Seller Central account and grant permission to the AMCF TikTok by Webbee app to perform order, inventory, and tracking activities.
Step 6:
When you successfully connect your Amazon Seller Central account, the next step is to configure the app settings.
Step 7:
After configuring your app, the next step is to enable the sync settings, which will allow for automatic order, inventory, and tracking sync from Amazon to TikTok Shop.
Please ensure that you select the same pickup warehouse that you created in your TikTok shop in the "inventory location settings" on the sync setting page.
Step 8:
The final step is to select a plan based on your preferences, or you can skip this page and proceed to the dashboard.
And congrats! Your AMCF TikTok by Webbee app onboarding is now complete.
