The total number of orders in a day that has been synchronized between your TikTok store and Oracle NetSuite Account. To view these orders just click on the "Today's sync orders".
This week's sync Orders
The total number of orders in a week that has been synchronized between your TikTok store and Oracle NetSuite Account. To view these orders just click on the "This week's sync orders".
Last 30 Days Sync Orders
The total number of orders in a month that has been synchronized between your TikTok store and Oracle NetSuite Account. To view these orders just click on the "This week's sync orders"
Total sync Orders
The total number of orders till date that has been synchronized between your TikTok store and Oracle NetSuite Account . To view these orders just click on the "Total sync orders".
Total Unsync orders
The total number of orders till date that has not been synchronized between your TikTok store and Oracle NetSuite Account. To view these orders just click on the "Total Unsync orders".
App Sync Statuses
Order Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing orders from your TikTok store and Oracle NetSuite Account , further display you the last time this synchronization had happened.
Note: This applies to all your orders. As a default, this is updated every 60 minutes.
Inventory Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing your inventory levels from your TikTok store and Oracle NetSuite Account , further display you the last time this synchronization had happened. This is updated every 30-40 minutes.
Note: This does not include your product listings. If you want to sync them, please reach out to us at help@webbeeglobal.com.
Tracking Sync Status
If this toggle is turned on, then we will start synchronizing the order related shipping information from your Oracle NetSuite Account to your TikTok store, further display you the last time this synchronization had happened. This is updated 02-03 hours as soon as orders are shipped by Oracle NetSuite .
