How to sync orders, inventory, and tracking between TikTok & Amazon FBA marketplace?
Order Sync:
- Auto-Sync: If you are interested in syncing your TikTok orders to your Amazon FBA marketplace automatically, then turn on the Order Sync Status toggle from the Dashboard page of the app. This will be updated after every 60 minutes.
- Manual: If you are interested in syncing your TikTok orders to your Amazon FBA marketplaces as per your preference, then go to the Order Log page and further click on the Resubmit button corresponding to those orders that you want to sync.
- Note: This can only be done if the Order Sync toggle under the Dashboard page or under MCF Marketplace settings is off.
- Hold: If you want some delays for orders to sync to Amazon FBA, then you can select a time duration for the same. Click here to learn more about the configuration page.
Inventory Sync:
- Go to the Configuration Page > Marketplace Settings, and turn on the Auto Import Inventory from Amazon FBA to TikTok toggle
Note:
- Make sure that the TikTok location (TikTok Warehouse to be used for Inventory Update) is updated in our app. Learn more about Inventory Update in AMCF TikTok by Webbee.
- Make sure that your TikTok SKUs are mapped to their corresponding Amazon FBA SKUs. Learn more about SKU Mapping in AMCF TikTok by WebBee.
- Make sure that the inventory sync toggle is turned on to sync available FBA inventory from the Amazon seller.
Tracking Sync:
- Go to the Dashboard Page and turn on the Tracking Sync Status toggle.
Note: Make sure that this toggle is always turned on to get the tracking updates for your TikTok shop orders.
