Walkthrough to configure BigCommerce NetSuite Connector App

DASHBOARD PAGE
Order Sync:  Enable order sync for smooth Order processing (Time taken- Real time).
This will import orders automatically from Shopify to NetSuite

IMPORTANT: By disabling the order sync button, You can validate orders before sending them and you will get the option to re-submit the order as per your wish under Order log page and you can also change the customer detials before making the final order but you cannot change the Items or item's SKU once the order is placed.  

Inventory Sync: Enable Inventory sync button and this will sync inventory from NetSuite to Shopify

Tracking Sync:  Enable Tracking Sync and this will track the updates from NetSuite to Shopify

CONFIGURATION PAGE
NetSuite Settings: NetSuite required credential in the given order - Account ID, Consumer Key , Consumer Secret, Token ID and Token Secret. Once it configures successfully, then you can do changes in the App setting.

NetSuite Order Status: You can select either pending fulfillment or pending approval as the default. Usually, a company will set Pending Approval if there is an approval process. If not, Pending Fulfillment, will be set.

NetSuite Item Mapping Field: By Default is "itemid". Shopify Item SKUs will map with NetSuite SKU mentioned in the itemid field on NetSuite
You can also enter custom field from NetSuite then Shopify SKU will map with NetSuite SKU mentioned under that custom field  

Transaction Form ID: Please provide the NetSuite transaction form id (default transaction form ID is 68)
If you have any custom form for transaction then enter that transaction form ID

Customer Form Id: Please provide the NetSuite transaction form id (default transaction form ID is -2)
If you have any custom form for customer then enter that customer form ID

Duplicate criteria for new customer is email id: If you want to create all the orders under a single customer then enable the check box and enter Customer NetSuite ID

Update BigCommerce Order status: On selecting any specific order status from the drop down, this will update with the same status of the BigCommerce order in NetSuite.

BigCommerce Shipping Method:  You can set different shipping method as per your requirement.
For that, you need to add shipping method manually from Shopify setting which would reflect in the App under App setting and Set the NetSuite shipping method internal ID against it as per the requirement.
