What does it mean to archive an item?

If you have items that you don't plan to be fulfilled by Amazon FBA, then you can click on the Archive button under the Products Linking/Items Mapping page, and it will be hidden. If you want archived items to show up again, simply click on the Activate button while filtering your SKUs as archived items. This is a change in our app only; the items/products will still stay available/visible on the TikTok shop for all.

Inventory will not be updated for an archived item.
If any order contains any archived item, then this archived item will not go to the Amazon seller, but the order will be placed successfully with FBA items.  You can fulfill the order containing archived items manually from your own warehouse.

Also, if you select yes in the "Send Archived (Non-Amazon Fulfilled Items) Notifications to Admin" setting under the Configuration Page > TikTok Settings, then you will also receive an email from our side, just to be aware that an order got placed with an archived item.

If an order contains an archived item, then the order will be created without that item on Amazon, and also the app won't update the inventory of the archived items.

Note: This is a change in our app only; the items/products will still stay available/visible on the TikTok shop for all.

You will be notified regarding the archived items in the orders on your registered/added email addresses.
