What if my order status is showing me an “Error”?

If your order status is showing you any error, just click on the Error button in order log and check the message pop up with detailed reason.

Check below the image of error message with reason - 
Missing either address or customer information 




When you click on Error button, it will show the reason like below image




Post, this work upon the issue and re-submit the order to Amazon FBA in our app.
