What is configuration settings under Multi Channel Fulfillment App and what functionality it offers?

The Multi-Channel Fulfillment app's configuration settings enable a seller to have access to both Amazon and Shopify data via credentials and tokens in order to sync and import data from Amazon to Shopify and vice versa. To activate different types of data sync, the seller must connect to Amazon Seller Central and grant the necessary permissions.



1. App Settings

This section contains multiple configurations related to orders, shipping and delivery rates and methods, email notifications, order risk flagging, etc.


2. Marketplace Settings

This section allows you to connect and manage multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts in your Webbee app, as well as set multiple validations for inventory, tracking, return sync, transaction void, cancel sync order, and order sync.




3. Non-Amazon Channels

This section allows you to connect to other non-Amazon channels such as eBay, ShipStation, or any custom channel. For that, you will need to contact our customer support team.
