Enrolled Inventory by EFN (European Fulfillment Network) is a feature of the Webbee app in Amazon MCF that is specific to European countries. This feature can be found under Marketplace Settings > Additional Features > Enrolled Inventory by EFN.

This feature allows you to select from two options:
  1. Total Inventory
  2. Local Inventory
Enrolled Inventory By EFN (European Fulfillment Network)

Let us understand this feature through an example.

You (Seller) sell one SKU.
Inventory distribution:
  1. Germany (DE): 3 units
  2. France (FR): 5 units
  3. Italy (IT): 2 units
A customer places an order with a German delivery address.

A. Local inventory option is selected

WebBee checks only Germany inventory

Available inventory = 3 units
  1. If the order quantity is less than or equal to three, the order will be fulfilled.
  2. If the order quantity is greater than 3, then the order is rejected, even though stock exists in FR or IT
Meaning:
Fulfilled only from the destination country.

B. Total inventory option is selected

WebBee checks DE + FR + IT combined
Available inventory = 10 units

The order is accepted and Amazon may ship from France or Italy to Germany

Meaning:
Fulfilled from any European country where inventory exists.

Conclusion:
  1. Local = country-specific stock only
  2. Total = pan-European stocks pooled together
