What is "Fulfillment Service" in Amazon Multi Channel Fulfillment for Shopify?
Fulfillment Services in Amazon MCF by Webbee allows sellers to control how Shopify orders are fulfilled using "Amazon MCF or Buy with Prime."
This feature offers two fulfillment options:
1. Manual
When Manual is selected and a customer places an order on Shopify while both the Amazon Buy with Prime app and the Webbee app are installed, both apps may attempt to fulfill the same order. This can result in double fulfillment. In this scenario, preventing duplicate fulfillment is the seller’s responsibility.
2. Buy with Prime
When Buy with Prime is selected and a customer places an order on Shopify, the Webbee app removes the Buy with Prime item(s) from the order. Any remaining non–Buy with Prime items in the same order are then synced to Amazon MCF and fulfilled through Amazon MCF.
