What is Order Risk Flagging?

Order Risk Flagging:

The app can utilise Shopify's ability to detect and act on High-Risk, Medium-Risk and Low-Risk orders. It can ignore or block and send email notifications to the admin for these orders. Order risks show the results of fraud checks completed by Shopify for an order. We follow Shopify's algorithm in our app to auto-export and stop orders from syncing to Amazon FBA.

Note: Previously, this configuration was "Auto Export High Risk Orders".

You can follow the steps outlined below to do the same.
WebBee App > Configuration > App Settings > Order Risk Flagging


By default, "No" is selected for this in our app, which sends all orders to Amazon MCF without any risk checks.
When you select the desired risk level for order risk flagging, it will block all chosen risk level orders from being synced to Amazon MCF.
