What is return sync toggle in Amazon MCF by WebBee?
The "Return Sync Toggle" feature is available in AMCF Shopify under Marketplace Settings. This is for Shopify order sync to Amazon MCF and is currently RTO. When RTO orders are returned to the warehouse, the logistics partner will retrieve the package status and mark it "RTO Delivered." Our app will call Shopify's end APIs, including return create and return close, and then update the return status on the Shopify order. The client can also "mark the transaction as void" using an additional toggle.
Note: "Mark Transaction as Void" toggle will only appear once you enable the "Return Sync Toggle."
