What is Shipping Settings for Orders in AMCF TikTok by WebBee?
In this article, we will guide you through the process of mapping TikTok order shipping methods to Amazon shipping methods. Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Open the AMCF TikTok app.
Step 2:
Go to the Configuration page and search for “Shipping settings for orders.”
Step 3:
You will see a Default Shipping Speed field with a dropdown menu. You can select Standard as the default option. This will be used when a shipping method is not mapped or when the preferred shipping type is unavailable. In such cases, the order will be delivered using the selected default shipping speed.
To map TikTok shipping methods with Amazon shipping methods, click on the Configure button. A pop-up window will appear.
Next, click on the Add Customer Shipping Method button. You will be asked to enter the TikTok shipping method name and select the Amazon shipping method that you want to map it to. After entering the details, click Submit and Close.
Once completed, the mapping will appear on your screen. Finally, click the Save button to apply the changes.
Congratulations! Your TikTok shipping speed has been successfully mapped to the Amazon shipping speed
