What are the different order statuses and their meaning for each status type?
Let’s have a look at the different order statuses and know their meaning.
All - It displays all the orders with all possible statuses as soon as they import to our app & get synced to FBA.
Delayed Order - Hold orders for Post purchase order edits feature is enabled with some time duration.
Pending - It displays either when the order is created from BigCommerce and until the order is accepted/rejected
on Amazon then the order status will be pending or when order sync is disabled and we place an order, it shows pending.
Accepted by Amazon - It displays all the accepted orders by Amazon
Rejected by Amazon - It displays all the rejected order by Amazon with detailed reason.
Cancelled - The order has been cancelled at BigCommerce. This can be reviewed at Amazon too by merchant.Closed
- It displays all the closed orders after the successful fulfillment via Amazon FBA or fulfillment at BigCommerce manually.
Partially Shipped - This means some of the SKUs in order got synced to Amazon FBA and Shipped.
Error - It displays all the random errors with detailed reasons.
