Why are Shipping Methods not visible to customers at Shopify checkout?

There could be multiple reasons on this issue.
It usually happens when the customer is making an order from a country that you haven't set shipping rates for, because the weight and price of their order isn't covered by your rates.
Or
There might also be one of the reasons that customer is using third party app for shipping speeds/ rates.

Our app works with Static shipping methods. You need to configure Shipping speeds for your orders and there are two ways.

1. Amazon real time Shipping speeds: This depends if your current Shopify plan supports this feature.
The steps are:
Open our app>>Configuration>App settings>>Show All Amazon shipping speeds to Customer>>Select "Yes" and save.

2. Shopify's default Shipping speeds: You can enable these shipping speeds from Shopify.
The steps are:
Shopify admin store settings>>Shipping and delivery>>Manage>>add rate to an existing Shipping profile/ Zone. There you can add Shipping speeds and its rate based on weight or total order value.
