Order Status Rejected By Amazon

Why is an Item SKU mandatory ?

An SKU helps in stock keeping and tracking individual items. 
If you want to have an accurate inventory management system, one of the most important things is to set up SKUs for your products. 

IMPACT OF BLANK ITEM SKU
** When you create an item make sure you should enter its SKU and show this as active. If you miss out or don't enter the item SKU, it will not show in our app under Product Linking page. 

** When you create an order having Blank SKU, the order will be processed from Shopify but will not sync to Amazon. You will get "REJECTED BY AMAZON" order status under Order Log page. 

NOTE: Your product SKUs must match between Shopify and Amazon (Not the ASIN or UPC)
Amazon only accepts the SKU from us, so it must match exactly.
