Why cannot our orders from Singapore, Canada and Germany be fulfilled by Amazon?

Issue: 

Why can't our orders from Singapore, Canada, and Germany be fulfilled by Amazon?

Resolution:

You need to add the mentioned marketplaces to your app to sync orders to Amazon FBA successfully. Once this is done, your orders will be accepted by Amazon in our app and will be fulfilled thereafter.
