How to Sync the BigCommerce & NetSuite SKUs automatically and manually?
Upon installation, All of the items from BigCommerce will be available by default in Robust NetSuite Integrator app. However, when you will enter your correct NetSuite credentials it will start downloading the NetSuite items into the app.
If BigCommerce item SKUs and NetSuite item SKUs are same, then Robust NetSuite Integrator app will by default map items from NetSuite and BigCommerce. However, In case if you want to map a BigCommerce item SKU with NetSuite SKU (having different SKUs) then you are required to map them manually by clicking "Sync Item Manually" button under item mapping section.

If you have items that you don't plan on the listing, then you can click on the Archive button under the Item Mapping page and it will be hidden. If you want archived items to show up again, simply click on UN-archive button.
