What does it mean to Archive an Item?
If you have items that you don't plan on the listing, then you can click on the Archive button under the Products Linking page and it will be hidden. If you want archived items to show up again, simply click on the Activate button while filtering your SKUs as Archived items.
Inventory will not be updated for an Archive item.
Any order contains any Archived item then it will not go to Amazon seller but the order will be placed successfully. You can fulfill the order containing Archived items manually.

Also If you select yes in this "Send Archived (Non-Amazon Fulfilled Items) Notifications to Admin" setting under the Configuration Page > Shopify Setting, then you will also receive an email from our side, just to aware that an order got placed with an archived item.
If an order contains an archived item then the order will be created without that item on Amazon and also the app won't update the inventory of the Archived items.
You will be notified regarding the archived item in the order on your registered email address.
