Can we make the Shopify Captured Payment void once the Order is Cancelled in Oracle NetSuite ?

This can be followed under a use case when the Payment authorized on Shopify needs to be voided once the Order is cancelled in Oracle NetSuite .

This can be done via Robust NetSuite Integrator as per the below steps:

Step 1

Test Order Created in Shopify , the order will be sent to NetSuite via Robust NetSuite Integrator 

Step 2

Once the order is sent to NetSuite and is then cancelled in NetSuite will sync back the status back to Shopify .

Note : To let the cancelled status sync back to Shopify from Oracle NetSuite ,  Auto Sync NetSuite Item fulfillments to Shopify  and  Sync RMA from NetSuite to Shopify should always be enabled in Robust NetSuite Integrator application.

Step 3

Once the Order status is synced back to Shopify as Cancelled / Closed the order in the Shopify will be voided .

So now the order cancelled , the payment recorded will be VOIDED .
