Amazon Failure Reason: Supply Category Unavailable for parameter
The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon
This order contains Shopify SKUs which are mapped with Amazon SKUs that fall under Amazon's Small & Light program, as a result, our app couldn't forward this order to Amazon FBA for its fulfillment.
How to fix this error
Step 1:
- Please get in touch with the team Amazon to whitelist these SKUs OR simply create this order manually from your Amazon Seller Central account
Step 2:
- Go to the Order Log page
- In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
- In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
- Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
