Error: SKU Failure reason is Inventory Unavailable at Amazon FBA
The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon
It seems that for this particular SKU (the one that is mentioned in the error email) inventory is not available at your Amazon FBA warehouse, as a result, our app couldn't forward this order to Amazon FBA for its fulfillment.
How to fix this error
Step 1:
- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account, and check if the inventory is available for the Amazon FBA SKU that is mentioned in the error email
- If yes, simply go to Step 2, else wait for the inventory to arrive for the Amazon FBA SKU that is mentioned in the error email
Step 2:
- Go to the Order Log page
- In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
- In the action tab, click on the Re-submit to Amazon button
- Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
