Error: The seller does not have an eligible Amazon account to call Amazon MWS

The reason why this or similar orders got rejected by Amazon

It seems that your Amazon Seller Central account is either not registered with Amazon's Marketplace Web Services (MWS) OR you need to do the registration again.

How to fix this error

Click here to learn about the registration process of Amazon's Marketplace Web Services (MWS). Post-registration, please:
  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
