If you intend to disable the export of your multi-channel orders to Amazon FBA marketplaces, this is the functionality you should select. We have various cases that can be chosen based on predetermined criteria, such as total pieces, items, order value, tags, weight, or a draft Shopify order.
For example, if the parameters are set to total pieces = 100 and price = 100, and the order exceeds the item quantity or price limit, it will not be processed by Amazon.
Step 1
Open Amazon MCF by the WebBee app.
Step 2
Go to the configuration page and search for "Disable Order Export to Amazon." To enable it, click on Yes.
Step 3
Enter the total pieces, items, order value, tags (a tag can be created by the merchant in Shopify via order workflows), or weight for which you need to set the condition. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
If the order surpasses the total parameters set as the condition in the configuration page of our application, the order will be stuck on the order log page with the error status as "ORDER CRITERIA DENIED," and the error message will be "This order will not be processed to Amazon due to item quantities or price limit exceeding.
