How to disable orders export to Amazon FBA based on total pieces or total order value or tag?

If you are planning to disable the export of your multi-channel orders to your Amazon FBA marketplaces, then this is the functionality you should opt for.  We have different cases which can be chosen as per the pre-determined criteria i.e. the quantity as well as the price limit or a tag may be.

For instance, if the parameters are set to total pieces = 100 and price = 100, and the order exceeds the Item quantities or price limit then the order will not be processed to Amazon.

Steps to configure the functionality in our application are listed below

Step 1

Open our application and subscribe to the Add On Amazon 3PL Routing from the plan's page.

Step 2

Open the configuration page and go to Disable Order export to Amazon. To enable it to click on Yes.

Step 3

Enter the total pieces, the total order value and a tag (a tag can be created by merchant in Shopify via order workflows) for which you need to set the condition. Click on the Save button from the bottom of this page.

If the order surpasses the total parameters set as the condition in the configuration page of our application, the order will be stuck on the order log page with an Error "ORDER CRITERIA DENIED " with the error This order will not be processed to Amazon due to Item quantities or Price limit exceeds.

Note: This functionality is a part of our feature Non-Amazon Order Routing under Enterprise Plan
