How to let the correct taxes along with the shipping tax to flow On Line Item to NetSuite from Shopify ?
If you are interested in transmitting the total taxes which includes the shipping taxes along with it through our Robust NetSuite Integrator, then please follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step 1:
Open your Shopify store, go to the Apps section, further click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator's icon.
Step 2:
Once, our integrator is open, from the top-navigation pane, click on the Fields Mapping page.
Step 3:
Under the Transaction Standard Fields Mapping section, click on the "Add NetSuite Standard Field" button. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 4
Once the mapping is placed , we can place a test order in Shopify and check how the taxes are transmitted from Shopify to NetSuite
We can check the same order in NetSuite also as shown in the below screenshot
