How to sync BigCommerce and Amazon items SKUs?
"Sync Item Manually" button is used to sync your BigCommerce and Amazon items SKUs manually.
Upon installation, All of the items from BigCommerce will be available by default in Automated Multi-Channel Fulfillment app. However, when you enter your correct Amazon FBA credentials it will start downloading the Amazon items into the app.
If BigCommerce item SKUs and Amazon item SKUs are same, then Automated Multi-Channel Fulfillment app will by default map items from Amazon FBA and BigCommerce. However, In case if you want to map a BigCommerce item SKU with Amazon FBA SKU (having different SKUs) then you are required to map them manually under item mapping section.
