How Robust NetSuite Integrator syncs SKUs between your Shopify store and NetSuite account?

Once, you have (mapped / selected) the appropriate NetSuite SKU field inside the integrator following this step-by-step guide, our integrator will start mapping SKUs between your Shopify store and NetSuite account automatically, considering the fact that both the SKUs are the same in both the platforms.

But, if the SKUs are different in both the platforms, then you can always follow the below-mentioned steps to map them manually.

Step 1:

Open your Shopify store, further click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator icon.

Step 2: 

Once, you have opened our integrator, click on the Products Linking Page using the top-navigation pane.

Step 3:

Now, you will be seeing all your SKUs (mapped OR unmapped - if any) between both the platforms. To review all your unmapped SKUs in bulk, select Unmapped SKUs in the Filter drop-down menu, further, click on the Search button.

Step 4:

Now, you must be seeing all the unmapped SKUs. Here, you can use the empty NetSuite SKU field, to map your Shopify SKU with its corresponding NetSuite SKU. Once done, just click on the Submit button.

Congratulations, you have successfully mapped your Shopify SKU with your desired NetSuite SKU manually.

Note:

  1. By default, every 6 hours our integrator imports your newly added Shopify SKUs inside of it, further tries to map them automatically with their corresponding NetSuite SKUs. But, you can always use the Sync Items Manually button to import & map them immediately inside the integrator.
  2. In case, you are not interested in fulfilling one of your Shopify SKUs via your NetSuite account, then you can always archive them inside the integrator using the Archive button. Archiving inside the integrator doesn't mean that they will be hidden from your website. You need to inactive them using the Products page of your Shopify store.
